Terms of Service

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
  • Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Captured Glow Photography.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations with 12 or more hours' notice will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations under 12 hours will be refunded at 60% due to time spent prepping gear and equipment.
  • If weather is an issue, your session will either move indoors or be rescheduled for a better day.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations under 12 hours will be refunded at 60% due to time spent prepping gear and equipment.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time and fewer delivered photos.

Weather Policy

  • Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent.
  • If poor weather is expected, we’ll move the session indoors or to a new date.
  • This decision is made to protect both the quality of your images and your safety.

Image Policy

  • Delivery timelines depend on the selected package. Expedited delivery can be purchased as an addon.
  • Most sessions are delivered within 2–3 weeks via a private online gallery.
  • RAW (unedited) files are not included.

Editing & Retouching

  • Minor edits are included (e.g. blemish removal, lighting and color correction).
  • All edits are in Captured Glow’s clean and vibrant style.
  • Advanced edits may be available for an additional fee.

Usage Rights

  • Clients may share and print final images for personal use.
  • Commercial or promotional use requires written permission and a separate license available as an addon.
  • Advanced edits may be available for an additional fee.

Photographer Rights

  • Captured Glow Photography retains copyright of all images.
  • With your permission, select images may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes.
  • Clients may request that their images not be shared publicly.

Liability

  • Captured Glow Photography is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or property loss during your session.
  • All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Client Cooperation

  • Communication is key! Please share your expectations or concerns ahead of time.
  • A collaborative approach ensures the best results and a relaxed, fun session.
